Unbale to change the credentials in AI Apps Administration page(Quick Actions) under Tools

While attempting to access AI Apps Administration via Quick Actions → Tools, the user is unable to reach the intended page. Instead, navigation leads to Manage ML Use Cases. The expected option/link at the bottom of this page — which should redirect to the AI Apps Administration page (where credentials are entered) — is not visible or accessible.
We have enabled profile options and also enabled permission groups and the user is having that respective AIC role with Adaptvie AI Intelligence as inherited
Please let us know how to navigate there if there is a change in navigation
I have attached the option which we are missing 👇, it was there in previous versions
