Hi Team,
We have a requirement in Oracle HCM Performance Management related to calculated ratings.
Our performance document contains two weighted sections:
- Performance Goals
- Competencies
The overall performance rating is calculated based on the section ratings and configured section weightages.
Scenario:
- Performance documents were launched before the employee goals were available.
- Users evaluated the Competencies section.
- Since the Goals section did not contain goals/ratings at that point, the Overall Summary displayed No Rating.
- Goals were subsequently loaded and added/synchronized to the existing performance documents.
