We have encountered an issue in production mobile application of JDE where a purchase order approved using the mobile application does not get released from A1 hold

A1 hold signifies approval hold code and as soon as a PO is entered and routed for approval , it is set to A1 hold

Expected behavior is that as soon as the PO is approved (through P43081 in JDE or using PO approval mobile application) , the A1 hold should get released

In JDE , the functionality is working fine but not in the mobile application

I have raised a SR for this issue but sharing in community as well to gather feedback from a wider audience

Thank you for your post on MOSC. I will tag this post to see if other customers have experienced the same issue. Are you using the same version of the P43081 in your mobile test that you are using when testing with the interactive version? I would verify that the A1 hold code is on this version of the P43081 used for the mobile application. Also, what version of the mobile application are you running? The current version of the mobile PWA application is v13. You can download this latest version from the Update Center - Purchase_Order_Approval_9.2_PWA_V13. You can find this latest version by searching the Update Center with the following values:

Type: EnterpriseOne Mobile Enterprise Applications

Release: 9.2

Name: *PWA
