Enterprise Manager 13c Release 5 Update 19 (13.5.0.19) is now Available
The Enterprise Manager 13.5 Release Update 19 Patches were released on January 5, 2024:

- 13.5.0.19 Agent Release Update: > AGENT Patch 35861076: Oracle® Enterprise Manager 13c Release 5 Update 19 (13.5.0.19) for Oracle Management Agent (OMA)

Re: Problem with OCSP running Forms applications
OCSP (and CRL) checking occur against the certificate's vendor server and not Oracle. If the vendor is experiencing heavy load or technical issues, that could explain why the issue appears to be intermittent. Intermittent behavior related to this could also be the result of network load on your side too. Regardless, there is nothing that can be done on the Oracle side.
If the problem becomes a significant hinderance, you can disable the check, even if just temporarily. I do not recommend turning this off permanently.
