Problem solved. When calling a form interconnect I found there was a Form Interconnect drop down I could from Default to Pop-up. Worked just as I wanted it to.

Minimum version required to upgrade to 13.5 update 17
Hi,
I am using OEM 13.5.0.2 and would like to update to version 17.
Please suggest if there's a minimum version i need to go to (like 13.5.06 or something) before I can apply the update 17.
I have installed in Oracle Linux 7 OS

Hello,
We are currently make the code changes for the EEO-1 reporting requirements, I don’t have an estimated delivery date (ASAP). The EEOC also made changes that the EEO-4 report has to be electronic this year so we had to do those changes first (and we just finished I-9 and 503 form). It has been a busy time for legs/regs – we have never had some many updates in such a short timeframe. Thank you for your patience - we are trying to get it done as soon as we can.
