Version 200.66 was just released with the following enhancement. You can download the latest version from EBS Fixed Assets Analyzer, Doc ID 2061234.1.
These signatures were temporarily removed from analyzer, due to performance issue when run as a concurrent request ONLY:
- Code Combinations
- XLA Transaction Entities
Re: How to setup expense item in Inventory
Inventory Item : Inventory Asset flag under costing tab is enabled. Item cost will be updated based on receipt and it will reflect in inventory valuation report. All transaction related to inventory item will have cost and accounting entries will be generated.
Inventory Expense Item : Inventory Asset flag under costing tab is disabled. Hence you can not have item price and only quantity is maintained and also it will not reflect in inventory valuation. After delivery there wont be any accounting entries for further transactions as there is no cost involved.

Hi All,
Property Manager Analyzer v200.30 was just released with the following:
Version 200.30:
- 'Index Lease' section renamed to 'Rent Increase'.
- 'Normalization' section renamed to 'Property Lease Normalization'.
- New section added 'Equipment Lease Normalization'.
- Performance issues fixed, where needed.
- Total of 21 sigs removed as requested by Oracle Development.
- Enhancements were made to these sections by adding 12 new signatures:
- Rent Increase
- Property Lease Normalization
- Equipment Lease Normalization
- IFRS
