Ideally requisitions with## status will be "System Saved"

The requisitions that are initiated but not submitted are automatically saved as a saved shopping cart and can be processed later.

The Purge System Saved Requisition concurrent request allows for purging SYSTEM SAVED requisitions that were not completed and not explicitly saved as a saved cart. 

if the requisitions is not getting purged you can refer to the below document and validate the patch version , and log a SR to get data fix

System Saved requisitions if not required by business can be deleted through the Purge program

The concurrent program "Purge System Saved Requisition" (POXSSPG) to purge these records where the user chose to not save or submit for approval. When running the concurrent request "Purge System Saved Requisition", the parameter Age indicates the number of days from the last update date on the requisition.
