Hi Medampudi,
In This Scenario there is 3 options.
1st - Create manual Invoice.
2nd- Do RMA but invoicable attribute check box should be unchecked.
3rd - If your business dealing in Virtual RMA Process you can use that option also.

Hello,
I wanted to provide an update for anyone following this post. There is now a solution for this issue from Peoplesoft. From PeopleTools 8.61.16 and 8.62.06, PeopleSoft has enhanced PIA Grids Download-to-Excel functionality so that the files are now downloaded with a .xlsx extension. This should address previously reported issues for all users and allow them to download and open files downloaded from a grid.
