Thank you for your suggestion.
Finally, i used a "workaroud" that is to create Forms instance offline,
After the installation is complete. I stop all the infrastructure then create my forms instances offline for each server (VM) i need. And it works fine.
Just to know, how many forms instance can i start on one server ? How much (RAM CPU) one forms instance is consuming ?
Server is 2 CPU. 12 Cores (2*6) and 128GB Ram

Re: FRM-93657 Runtime process 5856 is terminating due to exception c0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION).
An update in case anyone else is suffering this issue. This was resolved by applying patch 30229794.
