Please set the organization parameter Include Past Due Forecast to 0 to avoid past due forecasts.
Nav: Advanced Supply Chain Planner ® → Setup → Parameters.
Ensure that the above is set up for plan owning organization as well.

I have the same issue today that my Actual units are resetting to 0 when I schedule a project.
We utilize manual Actual hours updates each week that alighn with actual field used timesheets, and when I schedule the project my hours are disappearing just like the original poster pointed out. This Bug is still alive in my opinion.

You can plan at any aggregation level as per your business need.
However, the specific scenario of forecast disaggregation doesn't work.
You can load your forecasts using 4\4\5 or 5\4\4 calendars and use the same calendar as org manufacturing calendar. In which case, you can enter the forecasts and run plans as per bucketing needs of your business.

Yes, you can run ASCP plans with sales orders alone or MDS or MPS or Work orders\supply schedules depending on your business need.

Assuming you finished the upgrade correctly, Please have a look at this KM: OLVM: Host Non-Operational with the Message: CPU_TYPE_UNSUPPORTED_IN_THIS_CLUSTER_VERSION (Doc ID 3056480.1)
You would need to downgrade the edk2-ovmf package to version edk2-ovmf-20240227-5.el8.noarch
You might need to specify the exact rpm version when doing #dnf downgrade <package>

Re: Trying to import Excel CBS codes, receiving an import error message
I think I figured it out for him. First got the CBS segments structured with just a 100 for default value. Exported the template and populated it with cost codes and description. Made sure to press space for my cost code levels.
Imports fine.
I sent him a slide deck with snapshots of each step. He just needs to align his other spreadsheet with the 300 cost items into the template. If the CBS segments is built properly it will import back in.

I found the solution. I had a filter on for active users only. Found him and made active again. Thanks!

Thankyou for this. We cleared multiple locked concurrent processes that caused the conflict(deadlock) and then restarted the application and database.
