Audit Logging Would help greatly here, PeopleSoft has built-in auditing features that can be enabled on tables.
If you want to track every single change to the HRS_OFF_XXXX_DTL table (the main offer detail table), you would need to enable auditing on it.
This creates a separate audit table (e.g., AUDIT_HRS_OFF_XXX_DTL) that logs a row for every insert, update, or delete.
This provides a detailed, granular history of every change.

Uninvoiced Receipts Report is design to capture the period end accrual balance where as AP and PO Accrual Reconciliation Report is specifically meant to capture the online Accrual Balance.

Kindly consider logging an Idea to add this functionality in future release.
Please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Payables Enhancement Request Community via the URL:
2. Select "Create an Idea" under Action section
3. Add the Subject for the Enhancement Request
4. Include in the content region the details of what is being requested and why. It is best to give as much detail as possible to help others customers understand the request so they can vote on the ER if they also find it desirable. This detail will also help development with their review and consideration.

i know I am replying to a thread that is almost 10 years old. Google search sent me here so I guess it is still somewhat relevant and I wanted to share my solution:
instead of using REGEX in the local policy itself, you can use REGEX in either a HMR or Session Translation on the ingress side and REGEX the number to add some steering digits (999, 666, something that makes it unique) and then use that to for your local policy. then remove these digits with an egress HMR/session translation)

Hi - Comprehensive list may not be readily available as each application role is being created by APP dev team for example Peoplesoft user role is created and maintained by Peopletools team and Benefits Administrator is maintained by HCM ..
If i am not wrong you are looking for security matrix which oracle may not provide as it varies for each customer. Best bet would be to extract the roles from demo and compare with your target instance.
If you can explain what is your end goal then we can provide guidance as i have security related SQL's which i can share based on your requirement.
