Hello,
In case the database hostname is changed, you will need to change this in F98611 in each Server Map and System data sources.
The JDE.INI from Enterprise Servers and Development client will hold the database hostname under [DB SYSTEM SETTINGS] stanza and in jdbj.ini this is stored under [JDBj-BOOTSTRAP DATA SOURCE].
For tnsnames.ora, please get in contact with your Oracle database administrator.
Anything what is displayed in P9564A is stored in the following tables:
F9650 | Machine Master |

F9651 | Machine Detail |
F9652 | Deployment Group Header |
F9653 | Deployment Group Detail Definitions |
F9654 | Deployment Locations Definition |
F96511 | Server Detail per portnum and pathcode |
Normally, there is no data in F9652 and F9653.

about creating a trigger, I had provided a script … 15 years ago ;-) https://community.oracle.com/mosc/discussion/4418772/automatic-maintenance-of-privileges but it is of course outdated (for example: DBMS_JOB must be replaced by DBMS_SCHEDULER), it is not really worth mentioning it, but I write this reply to stress the attention on an new feature for Oracle 23ai: we can grant privileges at the schema level, which is a smarter way to address the point. There are probably not yet many people using the version 23, but the day you move from 19 to 23, think about it ;-)

You see, the problem is that I always use logic to understand, and anything that falls out of that, is weird. So you specify "dummy" because everybody knows there are two rounds and in this first round it then must be set to not the correct SID.
