Re: How to configure CSR for web page in OCOM/EOM
Hi,
The above do not show exactly what you are getting when downloading the certificate request from Server Certificate tab of the setup page. I would suggest opening a SR with all the details, as it might have a lot of PI/CI.

@Nicole S Apostola I don't have an option #5 TUXEDO command line (tmadmin). I wasn't going far enough down in the menus. I found it and it worked.
Re: (Re)Routing based on received RC
Hello Antonio,
Good idea. I can eighter 'recurse' or 'proxy' 302s.
Let me give it a try.
Thank you,
Petr
Re: (Re)Routing based on received RC
Hello Petr
the SBC can recurse on error response code serially on SA members of SAG or SA in PA starting from the one the lower cost , as far as I know there is not a specific mapping configuration for recursing from an error-code to a fixed SA .
By the way what u can do , but u should evaluate it depending from your call flow , is to build up an incoming HMR that remaps reason-code and reason-phrase from , example , 500 internal server or 404 not found to 302 Moved Temporary , and then add a Contact header <sip:SA_ip> , in this way the SBC will recurse to the address specified in the contact header .
Now , as told previously , u should accurately evaluate if all 500 or 404 can be mapped in that way or if some have to be sent back to the UAC , that's is up to you . Mine is only an idea , I think working ;-)
Cheers
Antonio

Thanks for sharing with us the link to the Enhancement Request in the Ideas site. I have also created the below new Knowledge Article that will be published shortly, containing the details of this scenario, the Defect we rose with the FIN Expenses Development team, their feedback, and the same link to the Enhancement Request as well:

Re: Can Links to Fluid Pages on the Fluid Expense Workcenter Open without leaving the Workcenter?
Hello @SarahH223 ,
I hope all is well with you over there ;o)
Thanks for your latest update. I have followed your steps, and configured the extra link for Fluid Create Expense Report:
I can see it in the Fluid WorkCenter:
I can select the 'Create for Self' button, or select any Employee for whom I am a delegate, and then the Fluid Expense Report Header page gets displayed for a split second on the right hand side of the screen, as per desired: (The page was still loading, so that is why it looks funky with some of the drop-down list options… took several times for me to take the screenshot)
However, right after the page loaded and displayed correctly, it would switch to occupy the full page, removing the Fluid Expenses WorkCenter menu/panel on the left hand side…
Maybe this is expected from a Fluid UI page, but I cannot find any documentation confirming it. As such, I would suggest you raise a new Service Request with the FIN Expenses support team. Copy/paste the whole community post in a Word document, and provide it as documentation in the SR. Please, state to assign the new SR to me, so I can then continue by opening a Defect with the FIN Expenses Development team, and have this reviewed. It may be expected, or not, but we can get Development's analysis to clarify.
I hope that the information provided has clarified all your doubts. Should you have additional related questions, do not hesitate letting us know. On the contrary, if all your queries, and doubts have been successfully addressed, please make sure to mark 'YES' on the 'Did this answer the question? Yes-No' link.
