We will discuss the custom defaulting rule internally. I will post with decisions or results when I have them. Thank you for the suggestion.
How to migrate database from ODA (X8-2)19.6 to ODA (X11-2)19.26
Hello experts,
We are planning to migrate oracle database running in 19.6 (ODA X8-2) to a new hardware platform ODA X11-2.
In this process following is our plan.
1. Create 19.26 RDBMS binary home n new ODA X11-2 server.
2. Create 2nd standby database from the backup taken on 1st standby database running in ODA X8-2
3. Validate redo sync between primary and 2nd standby database
4. Switchover role of 2nd standby database to primary.
Now question is all metadata belongs to 19.6 even though we are using 19.26 RDBMS binary.
Do we need to follow upgrade path(19.6 to 19.26) after switchover?
Please help us to clarify this question.

Hi,
The RU difference is huge, so you should patch the primary first to 19.26 using Out-Of-Cycle patching and apply the same patches that you have on the newly created 19.26 dbhome on X11-2.
Once done, the procedure you described is a possible option indeed.

Hi
@User_4IQ16
My understanding is you like to manually change the buyer of requisitions
- In EBS you can move the buyer of PR (Purchasing> Management> Manage Buyer Workload)
- Is Functionality Available to Mass Update the Requisition Buyer, Requisition Requester, and Requisition Preparer? (Doc ID 1082340.1) — use the program to update buyer on requisitions

Re: Is there a way to determine who entered a record in Disciplinary Actions?
Hi Casey,
When there is no 'Created By' or 'Last Updated On' a record, the only way to determine who enters a record is to have an audit record created for the table and that will only be available moving forward. That information is not stored anywhere else in the system so it's not possible to find that information for records entered prior to when that audit record is created.

Re: Not able to install Weblogic 14.1.1 on AIX 7.3 having IBM Java Semeru 11.0.16
Hi,
Can you check with the jvm vendor as to what exactly is causing the core dump ?The stack trace from the core files needs to be extracted and checked.
Thanks,

Re: (Re)Routing based on received RC
Hello Petr
yes , logic can be changed by parameter "sag-lookup-on-redirect" in sip-config , if enabled the hostname found in the Contact header will be searched among configured SAGs .
In case u need there also a couple of rules more , involving maddr parameter , so for this reason I suggest u to take a look at configuration guide , in more detail search for "SIP maddr Resolution" under "Redirect Action" .
Hope it helps ! :-)
Cheers
Antonio
