Re: Enter Feedback Here for the PeopleSoft Enterprise Payroll Analyzer
Will there be a webcast on how this tool works and what data it extracts?
Re: FileNotFoundException occured in the JDEOWDirect.saveFileMOWinNTShare(): target file Name
As far as I can see, it is complaining about the missing file under //DEPLOYMENT/E920/mediaobj/htmlupload. So, you need to check if that file is there or not.
As an admin you need to follow the SAME steps as the user is performing, in the same application, using the same record. It will not make any sense if you are testing it in any other application, if the issue is specific to one attachment for the user.
Re: Flashback Database Archive (FDA/Time travel) background TCRV delete
we had that set _fbda_tcrv_cleanup_lag a few times to resolve other bugs but that controls something else, just the time to cleanup the tcrv after data has changed. This behaviour is something else, its like a tcrv cleanup maintenance loop. I have an SR now..
wish they gave us more control over that. if I get an answer Ill post back

Re: How to force sipd to check local-policy additionally to reg-cache
Hi Daureen
in my case R-URI was different from To address , where the registered number was present .
In your case I believe is enough to modify R-URI with some value , just to trigger the LP and then in some way restore the original called number after the call has been routed .
Please test it and let me know ;-)
Cheers !

Re: How to force sipd to check local-policy additionally to reg-cache
Hi Daureen,
From my past field experience, I discovered that by default the routing logic always prioritizes the customer-next-hop , effectively ignoring any configured local-policy.
What you could try is configuring the SBC to ignore the customer-next-hop . In that case, the SBC will instead rely on any configured Local Policy.
To achieve this, you need to configure an inbound HMR ( from Core ) that copies the To header or the P-Called-Party-ID header into the R-URI, and then configure the required Local Policy to direct traffic where u desire .
Currently, the SBC already modifies the R-URI with the value of the To header, but it does so after routing the INVITE to the customer-next-hop. If instead you force it beforehand with an HMR, only the Local Policy will be engaged, and the customer-next-hop will be ignored.
Hope it helps ;-)
Cheers
Antonio
Re: How to force sipd to check local-policy additionally to reg-cache
Hi Antonio.
Thanks for the idea. I always wait for your alternative point of view to any issue. Although in my case numbers in RURI and TO are the same, I can intentionally modify the user-uri with HMR on ingress from Core (and store original called number in some custom header, to be able to restore it on egress towards SA), to cause rec-cache lookup fail and force sipd to check the local-policy.
Regards.
Daureen
