Hello team,
Once you download the zip file, use the jar command to uncompress it, for instance:
cmd> jar -xvf <patch_name>.zip

Mass Close Procurement Contracts
I wanted to reach out with a question regarding contracts in PS.
We currently have a number of older contracts in the system that need to be closed. I’m looking for a way to close multiple contracts at once (mass close).
but so far I haven’t been able to find an option to do this. At this point, it appears they must be closed one by one.
Has anyone encountered this situation before or found a way to mass close contracts in PS? Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

Are you able to raise a Service Request(SR) for this issue please? We will need to look at your specific setup and see a worked example, so please attach a document showing your configuration and results. If we need to hold a Zoom conference with you, raise a BUG, make changes to our documentation to reflect the conclusion etc, those actions can only be done through a Service Request; the forum is not suited to that level of investigation.

ok i see , u may try to take a look at options "register-use-to-for-lp" to see if it can be useful , just search on the configuration guide for "Routing Using the TO Header"

Re: OPS Center installation package perl-5/xml-parser required
Hi Pascal,
I guess your OS version is S11.4 SRU81. Certain packages like python, perl etc, may not be available in the higher versions. It is recommended to install the EM Ops center in the lower SRUs and then upgrade the OS.
If you still need help please open SR.
