Re: Ms Teams direct routing one way audio
Hello,
Please note that posting ip-addresses should be avoided.
Also, please be aware that the SCZ910 firmware stream is no longer under Premier Support. You should consider upgrading to a supported release.
Just noting from the pdf;
6.4.1 Media Profiles
For different codecs and media types, you can setup customized media profiles that serve to police media
values and define media bandwidth policies.
SILK & CN offered by Microsoft teams are using a payload type which is different than usual, so to support this,
we configure the following media profiles on the SBC.
This is an optional configuration, and only needs to be implemented on the SBC if you are planning to use the
SILK codec or wideband comfort noise between the SBC and Microsoft Phone System Direct Routing.
GUI Path: session-router/media-profile
ACLI Path: config t→session-router→media-profile
Configure three media profiles to support the following:
• Silk Wideband
• Silk Narrowband
• CN
Click Add, then use the table below as an example to configure each:
Parameters Silk Silk CN
Subname narrowband wideband wideband
Payload-Type 103 104 118
Clock-rate 8000 16000 0
After upgrading to a supported release, if you continue to have audio issues, then open a Service Request with Oracle Support. Make sure to include the support-info, running-config, and debug logging.
Initiate logging from a clean starting point
Given the frequency of debug log rotation as the files can quickly reach one megabyte in size, it is very important to ensure that tracing is initiated from a clean starting point when capturing log data for analysis. The recommendation is to execute the ACLI command notify all rotate-logs twice right before initiating the test call to reproduce the reported symptom(s), as this will force the system to generate clean log files starting at that specified point in time, and should avoid any undesirable automatic file rotation due to reaching maximum file size while in the middle of reproducing the problem. Using this method, you can easily find where your test initially starts in the logging trace, as the previous file to the moment the rotation had been manually executed will be almost empty.
#notify all rotate-logs
#notify all rotate-logs
#notify sipd siplog
#notify sipd debug
#notify mbcd debug
#notify atcpd debug
#notify xserv debug
make test call
#notify sipd nosiplog
#notify sipd nodebug
#notify mbcd nodebug
#notify atcpd nodebug
#notify xserv nodebug
#package-logfiles
Hope this helps.

Monica
Re: Project Data Dates at Program Level
Thanks for the feedback.
Currently Activities page does not have data date in any context, project or program.
Re: Standard program to purge the notifications
Hi User_1P9G3,
For understanding the workflow notification purging process and criteria, please go through below document:

Re: Standard program to purge the notifications
Hi,
If purge program is not purging any of the workflows ensure you have latest code by applying
Patch 37056184:R12.OWF.C
Verify the persistence type of the workflow not purged and review the parameters passed to the program
Check the workflow listed as eligible for purging
Execute Workflow Purge Data Collection Script(KB699213&locale=en_US&stripeCode=ORA_SVC_CRM" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener ugc">KB699213" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener ugc">KB699213)

Re: Need sql query to extract the wf open notifications
Hi ,
use this query
SELECT
n.notification_id,
n.item_type,
n.item_key,
n.message_name,
n.subject,
n.status,
n.mail_status,
n.priority,
n.begin_date,
n.due_date,
n.recipient_role,
r.display_name AS recipient_display_name
FROM wf_notifications n,
wf_roles r
WHERE n.status = 'OPEN'
AND r.name = n.recipient_role
ORDER BY n.begin_date DESC;

Re: Ms Teams/Direct Routing integration issue.
Hi, yes, the issue is resolved.
Was applied a NAT IP manipulation in th esip trunk with nice and it was replacing the FQDN by an IP.
After remove the NAT IP manipulation has started to work fine.
