Re: Move a page between different versions of APEX
Hi,
Copying or migrating APEX application pages between significantly different versions (e.g., from APEX 5 to APEX 21.8) can be challenging and is not officially supported at the page level.
Migrating pages between different APEX versions by manually editing exports is not supported or reliable. Always use whole application exports, and let APEX handle upgrades

Re: How to request Transfer of rewords from old account to new?
I disagree. I have changed few organizations and managed to keep my cumulative points gathered since 2011 with my latest email.
I am surprised that MOSC moderators have not responded on this thread yet.
Am I missing something? Or, misunderstanding of the query?

Re: How to request Transfer of rewords from old account to new?
@S-Srini - Can you share email id of moderators ? I'm a rehire at Oracle and all my old points are not added here as my Oracle email id has changed.
Re: How to request Transfer of rewords from old account to new?
You can't , because you should NOT create a new account.
The account is personal, if you change employer you should update the email address of your account and that's it. The CSI is linked to your account, you can remove the old one and ask your new employer to approve you as "member" of the new CSI. Your account can be linked to multiple CSI at the same time, and you can add and remove them when you need to. This is why you don't need to change your personal account.
But you should not create a new account.
If you do, then you start from scratch and you can't expect (and it will never happen) to have anything moved from the old account to the new one.
How to request Transfer of rewords from old account to new?

let me know who to send the user name / email id from and new account.

Hi @user10247120 ,
Looks like the old document ID was
153788.1
You can search for this in the new MOS and it comes up with hits. This should take you to a direct hit:

Re: How to check status status of odacli update-dcscomponents -v 19.30.0.0.0 ?
found the answer "odacli describe-admin-job -i JOB_ID"
Use describe-admin-job instead of describe-job for status of update-dcscomponents job.
