Finding My Oracle Support Documents on the New Cloud MOS Portal

The weekend of December 5-7, 2025, Oracle transitioned to the new My Oracle Support Cloud Portal. As you search for knowledge resources, keep these points in mind:

MOS Document IDs have been converted to the new portal Article IDs
In many cases, the previous Document ID links should automatically redirect to the corresponding new Article ID. Tip: for some of the previous MOS Doc IDs, try using this following URL (without the .1 or .2 that was appended to the Doc ID): https://support.oracle.com/support/?kmContentId=xxxxxx
Many of the MOS documents were automatically migrated, but more complex had to be migrated manually or may still be transitioning to the new portal

For updates directly related to the Secure 2.0 Roth PRP, use Knowledge Article KB851790 - How to Implement the SECURE 2.0 - Section 603 Roth Catch-Up - Savings Deduction Calculation

For overall Secure 2.0 updates, PNEWS1831 - PeopleSoft Savings Plan Enhancements for Secure 2.0.
