Solaris platform is only for OEM12c OpsCenter. Solaris [EC] Enterprise Controller and [PC] Proxy Controller is required to manage (any) Solaris 11 OS assets, and access OS updates, Solaris 11 IPS repository, pkg publisher, etc. If you attempted to install OpsCenter [EC], [PC] on Linux (if it worked at all on Linux?), you could not manage your SPARC/Solaris OS agents, because there would be no IPS repo and pkg publisher access.
As per prior response, Linux users are recommended to use OEM13c Enterprise Manager Cloud Control.
OpsCenter provides full "management" of SPARC/LDom and Solaris zones, OS updates (Solaris 11 IPS repo), and Solaris zones, creating SPARC/Ldom server pools of multiple CDOM control domains for LDom migration, LDom automatic recovery, etc.) And since OpsCenter 12.4.0 is (EOL) there is no engineering support, no new patches.
As per prior response, Linux support is mostly (EOS) not supported, and old Linux 7.0-7.3 with no Linux OS updates, and no Linux OVMM virtualization management.

However, no Solaris OS updates/patching, No Solaris SPARC/LDom virtualization features, No server pools, No ldom migration, etc. (*** Monitor Only ***). Get alerts, incidents at OEM.

Documentation for after tax update 25-D grouped PRP postings
I'm trying to confirm whether or not the KA643 tax update page will include additional documentation for PRPs 38645460, 38645481, and 38645489?
We have users requesting documentation for these PRPs. So far, I've only located the readme notes for each PRP.

Please verify below setups.
1 ) Navigate to Action types and set the below for Action Type'approval-group chain of authority':
Ordering Mode =Parallel and Voting Method =First Responder Wins and click on Apply
2 ) Navigate to approver groups and create a approver group with Voting Method as 'First Responder Wins'
3 ) Navigate to Rules->Click on Create
i)Give the name and rule type as 'List Creation'
ii)Click on Next and Add condition created in step 4 with condition type as 'Ordinary'
iii)Click on Next and Take the action type as 'approval-group chain of authority' and select the relevant Action
iv)Click on Next and review the data and Click on Finish
