In addition to the Year-End Guide, be sure to download Qualified_Tips_and_Qualified_Overtime_Reporting_under_One_Big_Beautiful_Bill_Act__25-D_.PDF from the same location as the guide. The setup outlined in this document is required to enable tax-deductible qualified overtime and qualified tips. If your overtime includes the qualified earnings ( a “.5” increment), you may want to divide the amount by 3 when calculating the qualified portion that appears on the W-2.

Re: Adding New User to Cloud Support Portal
If you need assistance with how to create the User in the OCI console - please create a technical SR with the Cloud Team/ User management and they will help you walking you through the OCI console.
Once the user is created (no matter of domain) and can successfully login to the OCI console, the user can login to the support portal with the same credentials.

Per Article E1: 41: Overview of Item Ledger Detail Report (R41540 / F4111 / Cardex) KB353896, This [R41540] report will provide a detailed breakdown of all Item Ledger (Cardex) activity for a specified date range, and will sum the transactions to provide a "Grand Total". Data selection is from fields in the F4111 table. If the selected item(s) is in multiple locations, the transactions are displayed by location.

David - I did further research on how to treat new hires. I read that we are to process them as eligible for the pre-tax catch-up, until they have wages with our organization. So they can roll to Pre-tax Catchup in 2026, but would have wage info at the end of 2026 to follow the rule for 2027
As for populating the EIT for 2026? No real solution at this time by Oracle. We are working on creating a new concurrent request to populate that field, running bi-weekly to capture the new hires.
