Re: How to enable Bulkload for BPA Lines for NON Super User?
Hi @User_POD4S
Upload user needs a . role = "BUYER" or "CAT_ADMIN"
Follow the below steps
1. Go into the responsibility: System Administrator.
2. Navigate to Security > Responsibility > Define.
3. Query up the involved responsibility and copy the value mentioned in the filed 'Menu'.
4.Navigate to Application > Menu and Query up the menu by entering the copied value into 'User Menu Name'
5.Assign PO_CATALOG_BUYER and other ICX catalog administration functions as below to the menu:
Buyer Catalog Access
iCatalog Upload Agreement
iCatalog Document Upload History
iCatalog Download Resources
Add new record with
- Prompt = <Leave it blank>
- Submenu = <Leave it blank>
- Function = iCatalog Upload Agreement (select from LOV)
- Repeat the same also for following functions:
Buyer Catalog Access
iCatalog Document Upload History
iCatalog Download Resources
Save - Concurrent program 'Compile Security Menu' will be automatically launched
From 'Requests' window, wait until 'Compile Security Menu' was successfully completed and then re-test the issue and advise.

Re: OPS Center installation package perl-5/xml-parser required
You know there are supported alternatives.
If you deployed 'JomaSoft VDCF' you could avoid the dozens of OpsCenter (EOL) issues.
Managing Oracle Solaris Virtualization with JomaSoft VDCF 9.0
https://blogs.oracle.com/solaris/jomasoft-announces-virtual-datacenter-cloud-framework-vdcf-10-0
Please open a MOS SR for OpsCenter support.
You can not expect to get "support" for installing (EOL) OpsCenter from MOSC community discussions.
Beware - if you choose this (EOL) deployment, it may take weeks to install, patch, and months to discover assets (including additional manual workarounds for EOL software on agent hosts).
The best solution to avoid a mountain of failed python, Perl, etc. dependencies at OpsCenter install
would be to downgrade OS or install an OLD VERSION of Solaris SRU11.4.29.82.3 *** BEFORE *** attempting to install OpsCenter 1.4.0 Enterprise Controller
*** BEST solution is upgrade EC to 11.4 >= SRU 11.4.0.15.0 *** OR *** <= SRU 11.4.29
SOLUTION: Install Solaris OS to SRU11.4.29.82.3 before attempting to install OpsCenter 12.4.0 [EC] Enterprise Controller (avoid python/perl failed dependencies, etc). … and apply workarounds (later) to upgrade OS.
=================================================================================
- pkg install --accept 11.4-11.4.29.0.1.82.3 (reboot, activate BE running SRU11.4.29)
- Install OpsCenter 12.4.0 [EC] Enterprise Controller (on Solaris OS version SRU11.4.29)
…to allow OpsCenter [EC] to "install" successfully... Then AFTER OpsCenter is "installed", proceed to follow dozens of KB knowledge docs to 'pkg facet lock' and 'pkg freeze' all the dependencies, AND install (3) required OpsCenter 'Jan-2024' CPU patches (UCE, UI/Other, UI/Other→python) , AND install OpsCenter 12.4.0 'Aggregate Patch'... *** Before attempting to upgrade Solaris 11.4.SRU OS version to anything newer than SRU 11.4.29 ***

Re: Peoplesoft- I could not find the data on Match exception Collaboration Center Summary page.
Hi User_NU2EG,
Welcome to the Financial Management - PSFT (MOSC) Community and thank you for posting your question!
Here is some information - please check if you have data in the other tables
The Match exception Collaboration details are stored in the following records:
- AP_MECC_DTL-Match Exception Collaboration Detail.
- AP_MECC_ASSIGN-Match Exception Collaboration Assignments ( assign other groups/users to analyze, review, and make adjustment to data to resolve the exception)
- AP_MECC_LIST_VW- Accounts Payable(AP) MECC - Landing Summary Match Exceptions View
The Match Exception group details are stored in the following tables:
- Group details are stored in AP_MTCH_EX_GRP, AP_MTCH_GRP_ROL, and AP_MTCH_GRP_USR tables
- Group filters are stored in AP_MTCH_EX_GRP
- Group rules are stored in AP_MTCH_GRPRULE
The Accounts Payable (AP) matching process initially performs all the computations on what are all the exceptions that got triggered for a particular voucher and to whom these exceptions should be assigned.
Before inserting the exception details into AP_MTCH_EXCPTN, the process checks if there are any exceptions existing in the AP_MTCH_EXCPTN for a particular voucher. If available then these details will be overridden with the new computed values.
The exception details from AP_MTCH_EXCPTN that are not already present in the PS_AP_MECC_DTL, will be inserted into the PS_AP_MECC_DTL table with CREATE_DTTM as the system time(when the process was run).

Re: is it possible to include negative invoices in Dunning?
Hi,
It is possible, but you must create your own custom views, scoring engines and possibly templates.
By design, the seeded scoring engine (Scoring Engine 2) will not flag negative invoices as delinquent as they customer has a negative balance.
The seeded scoring engine uses the following criteria to insert data into IEX_DELINQUENCIES:
1. Must have a class of Invoice (INV), Debit Memo (DM), Chargeback (CB)
2. Amount due remaining must be > 0
3. Status must be Open (OP)
4. Dispute Date must be null
5. Invoice is not selected to be paid by a receipt batch (selected_for_receipt_batch_id must be
null).
6. Due Date < Sysdate
The above is detailed in this KM Document:
Invoice in Advanced Collections is Past Due but Still has a Current Status KB750365
You can review the views used by the seeded scoring component (IEX_DELINQUENCIES_NEW_V) and the seeded scoring engine (IEX_F_SCORE_INVOICES_V) and create your own custom views and engine.
Unapplied receipts can be show on the dunning letter by using the seeded template 'Dunning Soft Letter with On Account credit memos & unapplied receipts'. You can model your custom template after that template. The query behind the template is what controls what shows on the template. This is detailed in this KM document:
Unapplied Receipts are not Included on a Dunning Work Item (KB722700)
Best Regards,
John

Re: PSPPFUND constraint error
It's been a few weeks but as I recall after we applied all the patches, including the 38678079 Penny mentioned above, we saw the select statement had been changed to include a "NOT EXISTS" so it will not attempt to insert a duplicate value into the staging table:
SELECT DISTINCT C.TAX_CLASS FROM PS_PY_PFF_PGID_CHD C WHERE C.EFFDT = (SELECT MAX(C1.EFFDT) FROM PS_PY_PFF_PGID_CHD C1 WHERE C1.EFFDT <= :1 AND C1.PY_PFF_PROGID = C.PY_PFF_PROGID) AND C.EFFSEQ = (SELECT MAX(C2.EFFSEQ) FROM PS_PY_PFF_PGID_CHD C2 WHERE C2.PY_PFF_PROGID = C.PY_PFF_PROGID AND C2.EFFDT = C.EFFDT) AND C.PY_PFF_TAX_CAT = 'R' AND NOT EXISTS (SELECT 'X' FROM PS_PY_PFFTXCLS_STG S WHERE S.TAX_CLASS = C.TAX_CLASS AND S.PY_PFF_TAX_CAT = C.PY_PFF_TAX_CAT AND S.PROCESSINSTANCE = :2 AND S.COMPANY = :3 AND S.PAYGROUP = :4)
