These are not duplicates, the Enhanced Functionality has a Base Bug (Bug 37021790) and a set of Prerequisite Bugs (Bug 37029746, Bug 37029404, and many others).
Also, as a general rule, the Bug description is not always relevant and/or a single Bug # can adress multiple issues.
Normally, when using Change Assistant in creating a Change Package for a specific Enhancement/Fix, you should only input the base Bug as all the associated prerequisites should also be extracted automatically.
As we don't know your team's practice of applies fixes, if only the Base Bug is applied and you are missing the prerequisites, maybe the process needs to be revised/rechecked.

I have seen over the years several customers making use of the Forms functionality, and implement it on their systems. In a DEMO instance, there should be some Form IDs already delivered, and ready to be reviewed/tested on:
Under the Manage Forms page, one can define the Owner IDs. Once that is done, in the Design Forms tile, the User would be able to see their design: (I logged as User ID VP1)
The 2 Form IDs that were assigned to User ID VP1 are displaying correctly:
They can be edited through the EDIT button, accessing the Wizard; or new ones can be created.

Please confirm your DEMO is on min. FSCM 9.2.53 or you have applied Enhancement Bug 37021790 and all the associated prerequisite fixes? (i.e. Bug 37029404).

This enhancement was delivered in FSCM 9.2.53 and according to (Doc ID 1923479.2) > Bug 37021790(Base Bug), the minimum PeopleTools version is 8.54.00.
The "AM_PI_PRINT_QR_CD" page/component was delivered through prerequisite Bug 37029746.
I can find the page in 9.2.53 (w/PeopleTools 8.61) using the previously mentioned navigation: Asset Management > Physical Inventory > Print QR/Bar Code,
As far as I can tell, there is no delivered Tile for this.
Please check if your current PUM Image is 9.2.53, or if prerequisite Bug 37029746 was applied alongside Base Bug 37021790.

Thanks for reaching out, Find the below revert on your concerns.
Actually, You can not have a Foreign Bank Account which has Multi-currency Enabled.
However, you can have a Functional Currency Bank account where Multi-currency is Enabled and such bank account can be used for the Paying Invoices in the currency of the Invoices and also Receiving funds in other currency other then the Functional currency.
You can have Bank Account in a Currency other then the Functional Currency, however, this bank account can not be Multi-currency Bank Account. It means that the you can use such bank account to Pay / Receive in currency of the Bank account only.
Functional Currency: INR
Bank Account Currency: USD
Multi-currency Allowed: Not Checked

Re: Reopening of closed WO in EBS r12
From Inventory, Receipt correction cannot be made after work order is closed. The work order would need to be opened. If it is impossible to re-open the WIP job, then you should perform a Miscellaneous Issue and adjust the stock.
