Re: Is there a way to bring a DFF from billing event to autoinvoice in AR?
Hi Jo,
The same approach should work, with a couple of significant changes. 1 - Have the alert populate the Comments field in ra_interface_lines_all instead. 2 - Make sure the logic handles the case where one invoice has multiple lines each linked to an event, in addition to the other test cases. You could concatenate all the distinct values you find, for example, or use listagg or xmlagg to do that for you. Check the maximum length of the comments field in your version and limit the total length to that.

Re: Expenses - How to Get Travel $ totals by employee/trip from Amadeus to reconcile PCard statements
Community members - are any of you interfacing/loading the amounts charged by Amadeus, or another travel partner, into your PeopleSoft environments?
Re: Expenses - How to Get Travel $ totals by employee/trip from Amadeus to reconcile PCard statements
Hello Pere,
Thank you very much for your reply.
I had already seen your post in the Ideas Lab, but that's not what we really need.
We are not looking to get ALL of the travel information from Amadeus (to populate what would have been in "My Reservations" in past PUM releases). We also are not looking to load the charges into Expenses and create expense reports.
We are looking to load just enough data (the bulleted items in my original post) to get the actual amount charged to our credit card (by Amadeus) and create a purchase order to reconcile the amount against our Travel Card statement from our credit card company (it's in the same format as the PCard statements we load using delivered PeopleSoft processes).
At this point, we are planning to use the delivered PeopleSoft purchasing processes to load the travel card statements (because they are in the same format as the PCard statements we load) and use the delivered auto-reconciliation process to reconcile the statement against the Purchase Orders we create using data from Amadeus.
I was hoping to get some guidance regarding how other customers may be handling loading summary-level charges for each combination of employee/traveller and trip/itinerary. Failing that, we would be interested in the PeopleSoft best practice for how to accomplish this.
Thank you very much for any help you can provide.

Re: Where do we change the federal tax rate for Canada Tax Tables?
When you apply patch, you see that it is the amount for the 0-57375 bracket that was changed, not the basic one. It remains at 0.15. The changes are in line with the Canada website.
Our payroll team was perplex with the basic amount too. But they refered to the information you put in a screenshot you posted. So probably it is best to leave it that way ?

Re: Projects Auto-Accounting
Hi David,
@ShyamG-Oracle is correct in the solution. I just wanted to add a bit about why the issue happened, in case you experience it again.
There can be only one parameter 1, referred to in the sql as :1, and used only once in the sql. The same for all the others, there can be only one parameter 2, referred to in the sql as :2, and used only once in the sql. Also, the parameters are plugged into the sql from top to bottom.
So, if you need to use the same value, such as expenditure_item_id, twice, there needs to be two parameters set to expenditure item id, with two different parameter numbers. This is why ShyamG mentioned it being there twice, and gave the answer of using :1 and also :2 as expenditure item id. AutoAccounting uses each parameter exactly once. This is akin to sql without being able to use &&ParamName; you have to type in each variable even if the values are the same.
As to the order of parameters, it reads top to bottom (or at least it definitely used to, I haven't tested for it recently). Because the second use of expenditure_item_id is above project_id in the sql, the second use of expenditure_item_id had to become :2 and project_id had to become :3. You cannot add a variable named :3 in between :1 and :2.

Re: Settlement Status going to error for expense report payment
Hello @Evelyn ,
I hope all is well with you over there ;o)
I am glad that the problem has been resolved at your end with a void and re-issue. Will keep in mind this scenario in case it comes back in the future. Indeed, the recommendation is to ensure all outstanding expense transactions are fully processed before a termination/re-hire with new Employee Job Record, Business Unit, and/or Department ID.
Have a great weekend!

Re: Esu installation
Yes, package is not going to take out any ESUs. Package will help to deploy the changes brought in by the ESUs.
