Primavera Cloud Account Deactivation after 30 Days Inactivity For High Compliant Environments.
In the June 2025 update, one of the additional enhancement will deactivate accounts after 30 days due to inactivity for high compliant environments and all other environments the account will be deactivated after 90 days. What is considered a High Compliant Environment? Is there a away to opt-out of this enhancement all together?
Replace Resource at the Program level and not just in Project Level.
Currently you can only replace resources in individual projects and was wondering if there was a way to accomplish this at the Program level. We have Project Managers that replace resources for multiple projects at a time and it is very time consuming to have to go into each individual project to accomplish this. If this is not available, is it possible to make this a feature available at the Program level?
Re: Best Approach for Handling One Off Patches with RHP on ODA
Hi Sean,
You have to deploy a new home, apply the one-off on that one too and then run prepatchreport and patch the db.
One-offs are normally included in future RUs, so after a few patching cycle you won't need to apply the one-off manually. There are exceptions though as patch inclusion in RUs has special criteria … just to name a few: it must be rolling, Data Guard first, not a performance related patch that could change execution plans …

Re: How to Identify the type of location?
Love this question, Wendy. We had the same requirement; need to identify a Hospital location vs. a Church location vs. a field/country office location, etc.. We found that the OFFICE_TYPE field is associated with the Canada subrecord.
So, we went the route of using the LOCATION_ID_NBR table; second tab on locations. We created 'codes' as a translate table value for the STD_ID_NUM_QUAL field; for multiple reasons. One of the codes that we created was LTY - for location type. We then indicate in the STD_ID_NUM field, the 'type'. Here is an example from one of our non-production environments.
Re: Advisor Webcast:Load of External Catalog items into eProcurement through OBN on August 7, 2025
yes, free for all using it. We have used it for oh gosh, since 2011 for passing PO's, PO change orders to suppliers and receiving POA's and Invoices from them.
Re: Which Data Definition to be used if the string is more than MultiTextBox 4000Char
SYS Rich Text is restricted to 2 MB in size.
That being said, be careful because they'll work great for prints / reports in Oracle Analytics Publisher, but won't work well in UDRs and Dashboards.
