You can add the program to GL Responsibility group and run Subledger Period Close exception report from GL repsonsibility by chossing the Source.
However please validate the results properly by running the program from subleder and General Ledger Responsibility.

It'd be nice when insert to F986110 (The 3rd SQL in the log), use the actual end time to populate the Time Activity column, as system already has this info when updating to F986114 (The 2nd SQL in the log).

Thanks David, the doc you attached here exactly answers my inquiry. In my case, the parent UBE calls the child UBE in async mode.

Please set the organization parameter Include Past Due Forecast to 0 to avoid past due forecasts.
Nav: Advanced Supply Chain Planner ® → Setup → Parameters.
Ensure that the above is set up for plan owning organization as well.

Re: Why do Actual Labor Units Reset to Zero When Scheduling?
I have the same issue today that my Actual units are resetting to 0 when I schedule a project.
We utilize manual Actual hours updates each week that alighn with actual field used timesheets, and when I schedule the project my hours are disappearing just like the original poster pointed out. This Bug is still alive in my opinion.

You can plan at any aggregation level as per your business need.
However, the specific scenario of forecast disaggregation doesn't work.
You can load your forecasts using 4\4\5 or 5\4\4 calendars and use the same calendar as org manufacturing calendar. In which case, you can enter the forecasts and run plans as per bucketing needs of your business.
