yeah Daureen , I agree with u , for point 1 i usually use email system so I did not notice the problem on the SMS , and for point 2 sometimes i receive that same error 400 when i use Safari browser , so i need switch to Firefox for download patches or firmwares .

By the way, for me , the great problem is how to manage User Groups ( old CSI ) , too much simplified and with so less informations , I would say critical informations such expiration date and details about correlated products .

I totaly agree with you. It is much worse. Though, the new GUI is oversimplified I could hardly find out how to get the "patches". Designers decided to replace 10-15 sections with one single search window. Personally I am against the simplifications in a style "the less you know the easier your life is".

Seriously. There are at least two negative consequences of that "upgrade" that I have faced so far:

1. Two-factor authentication is broken. I get no SMS anymore, only verification via email works. Telecom provider checked his SMS center and found no requests from "AUTHMSG" after December 5. So, Oracle needs to verify if new spam SMS centers in Bangalor have correct routing.
2. their new web server or proxy has some troubles with the request length: I need to clear all the cookies in the browser every time before each attempt to download a SW package, otherwise their web proxy rejects the request with code "400"
