Re: Which 2026 State and Local Tax Rates Will Be Included in PRPs to be published by 12/23/25?
Additional information: Even though New York has issued an updated version of Publication NYS-50-T-NYC (used to calculate New York City withholding tax) labeled "Effective January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026," there appears to be no change in any of the values used in the New York City withholding tax calculation in the 2026 version, compared to the previous 2018 edition of the publication. For that reason, unless any differences are subsequently discovered or reported, we will not plan to deliver a table update for the New York City withholding tax calculation.
Re: "Favorited" Items in the Support Portal
Benny the KB you are looking for for Delt 17 is KA1054. It was not available until wednesday or thursday.
Re: "Favorited" Items in the Support Portal
This should have been an email to all customers a month, then three weeks, then two weeks, then daily for the week before delivery. Many of us get too many emails to read them all so quantity of emails would have helped. Putting it in the MOS community that I MIGHT look at once a quarter doesn't help. You may hear our frustration, but you are not living it. It now takes at least 3 times longer to find a document, and I found out not all the documents are over yet. I was in the middle of documenting upgrading to EBS 12.2 15 and none of those documents were available until Wednesday, so I had to put that effort on hold. Then trying to find any documents with "the exact title"? Who knows the exact title of every document they've used? In Legacy MOS, typing EBS was the same as EBusiness, E-Business, Ebusiness Suite, ad nauseum. Now type EBS and you only get docs that contain EBS. This is a disaster and Oracle needs to admit their mistake and reinstate the Legacy MOS.
Re: Which 2026 State and Local Tax Rates Will Be Included in PRPs to be published by 12/23/25?
Yes, the patch will include all those states and locals.
Re: How do I enable adjustments to the "allow reservation" field?
If users require to update the current setup for specific Subinventories and Check the Allow Reservations flag, they will need to assign a new Status for the Subinventory
In the Subinventories form, the following 3 settings are material status controlled:
- Include in ATP
- Allow Reservation
- Nettable
You cannot manually check/uncheck the 3 Material Status controlled attributes for the Subinventory. To change
these settings, you select a Material Status that has the desired settings (similar to how an item's status controlled
attributes can only be changed by changing the item's Item Status attribute) and the above 3 Material Status values
will be set per the Material Status you choose. A "Material Status" is something you define to restrict transaction
types based on that material status.
To update any of the 3 material status controlled attributes, do the following:
- Navigate :Inventory > Setup > Organizations > Subinventories
- Query the Subinventory
- Open the Status field's LOV to see a list of defined Material Statuses and their settings of the 3 controlled attributes.
- Choose a material status defined with the attribute settings you need to assign to the Subinventory.
This will change the 3 controlled attributes as defined for that material status. - Save.
In Inventory Management (INV) you can see this info in the following navigation:
Inventory Resp.>Setup/Transactions/Material Status.
- Query the material status .You can check, or uncheck these status attributes according to your need.
They are not editable at the subinventory. - This is the standard functionality.
Hope the above helps
Thanks
Naga Kumari
