There is no option available in form extension to add a new tab. However, you can re-arrange the fields in existing tabs, delete tabs etc.

If you were taking a Foundation level exam, you do not need to open a support ticket, they are always free so you can go and take the exam again. For all other exams you need to open a support ticket once the entire site is working again, please go here:
Regarding opening the support ticket, please do that once the site is fully functional. And if you receive an "400 - Bad Request" error, remember that usually it can be solved by opening the link in a new Incognito mode browser window.

For Move Orders, if business logic permits, Lot numbers can be added to the move order line prior to allocation.

Hi - I tried in 8.61.11 to enable emplid as one of the alternate search key and it works good..

The message indicates that two or more objects have the same unique identifier (primary key is the unique identifier). So the unique identifier is not unique any more and Oracle doesn't know which to use. The solution is to rename the objects until each has its own distinct name.
In your case, it seems that the unique identifier is 20003, UPL_PARAM_500226, US
If 20003 is the application id, then these are likely custom objects, perhaps someone made a copy and saved it with the same identifier as the original. You may be able to find them and rename them so they are all unique. If these are standard objects, you should log an SR and ask Oracle to help fix duplicated standard objects.
