Hi,
To my understanding, the file will not be recreated.
When an I/O error occurs on storage used for the flash cache, Oracle attempts to write out a large amount of diagnostic information about the problem.
This includes the alert log (alert<SID>.log), trace files for background processes and foreground processes (*.trc), and incident dumps.
These diagnostic files are typically created within the Automatic Diagnostic Repository (ADR), whose path is often located under $ORACLE_BASE and generally resides on the same volume as $ORACLE_HOME.
When a severe I/O error occurs, a large number of trace files and large dump files can be generated in a short period of time. This is believed to be the direct cause of the sharp spike in IOPS on the $ORACLE_HOME volume.

The root cause is that it is run as BV and not as RD. For creating RD output, it should be run as RD and not BV. Open a service request to troubleshoot why it is not running as RD.

If it is BV, then it is not a report definition (RD) job and hence it will not have any RD output. It will only have the normal UBE output.

Hi,
There is no functionality to differentiate the requirement for approval of uploaded documents based on the type of Event being entered. If implemented, it applies any time a dependent is added or updated according to the attachment configuration and mapping.
If this functionality is desired, please log an enhancement request in the PeopleSoft Benefits Ideas Lab here in the Community. Be sure to vote for your Idea and, if there are other customers who could use the same functionality, they would also vote for this Idea. Development will be considering customer support for each Idea as evidenced by customer votes when considering future enhancements.

Regarding your question, there is no documentation available for Siebel Administrative tasks that can be executed by REST.
It is known that some operations can be executed via SMC related to Configuration and Management, but it is not comprehensive.
Please note there is an existing ER that was raised a few years back, there is still no progress on its implementation, see:

Re: Error P4114 COSE 1017& HTTP 504
Dear 2011,
I have another question as well. If you are using the P4114, why is the F4211EditLine business function getting called? This would be called for Sales transactions. As mentioned above, it would be better to troubleshoot this issue on a service request so we can review the steps you are taking and to get detailed logging for this issue.
