Is there a reason for the delay? We are opening our first pay of 2026 this Friday with a pay end date of Jan 2nd and it's more than a bit shocking that the tax values aren't already released. So now apparently we either need to manually update all tax values or else plan an update between Dec 23rd and Dec 29th to apply the patch so we can have the proper amounts in for the Jan 2nd pay. This is very frustrating.

Hello!
The App Engine BAS_RUN_INC does not send notifications to employees in email unless you have Notification Composer enabled and set up. Users will see notifications on the landing page (Bell Icon) if their transactions warrant that trigger, but emails do not happen automatically.

:- ( Not yet. It's near to impossible to force an admin of pbx to do smth. after declared "network freeze" 🍻 . I will let you know the results of the test.

All - Please accept my apologies on behalf of Oracle for all these transition issues. We are trying to work through them and request your patience as we do so.
Firstly, there appear to be issues with embedded patch links in the documents that were migrated from MOS to the new system. I am working on getting this rectified.
Second, if you know the former MOS document ID, I believe you should be able to search on it to find the new KB article in the new MOSFS system.
Finally, in case this is helpful to folks, I have provided some links below to some helpful MOS documents (now KB articles):

The new Portal is terrible! As already mentioned by others, I've lost articles that were previously marked as favoruites and also Oracle SR's that were not raised by me but my colleagues that I was tracking. How could they get it so badly wrong?
