Template Definition: In the Final Evaluation step, ensure for the "Manager" role under “Role Rules,”
the “Employee Comments” box is checked for both "View" and "Edit" (if View/Edit options exist per row).
Section Permissions: Sometimes, section-level security can override overall settings.
Verify in every relevant section/subsection in the template (goals, summary, etc.)
that “Show Employee Comments” is checked for the Manager role.

Hello,
To add to Bhuvana's comment, if you have the above options enabled, you should check if the employee has shared the comments with teh manager. In Fluid ePerformance, there's the option "Change Visibility".
This option is is available in Checkpoint and Finalize Criteria steps only. The text displayed to the left of the Change Visibility link states the current visibility setting of the document.
Click this link to share or unshare your feedback (ratings and comments) with the employee or manager on the Change Visibility page (modal) that appears.
After the information is shared, click the action button. After that, the system unshares the information by resetting to Only You automatically.

Question. Did you make a change to the template once the document was created. The template is only read at the time the document is created. Therefore a change to the template after the creation of the document will not change the way the document performs.

Please verify in GZ and fix if it is in maintenance.
Refer: pkg update may fail with version mismatch between GZ and NGZ when repository service in maintenance (KB565811)

Re: What happened to My Oracle Support?
It's obvious Oracle is not taking us seriously. I used to work at Oracle and I believe the only way to get their attention is public shame. Please post on Reddit, X, LinkedIn, etc about this epic failure. Anyone know anyone at TheRegister or any other publication that can bring light to this issue?
ROLLBACK IS THE ONLY OPTION.

Is there a reason for the delay? We are opening our first pay of 2026 this Friday with a pay end date of Jan 2nd and it's more than a bit shocking that the tax values aren't already released. So now apparently we either need to manually update all tax values or else plan an update between Dec 23rd and Dec 29th to apply the patch so we can have the proper amounts in for the Jan 2nd pay. This is very frustrating.
