Hi Celine - Just to follow up on Jan's helpful info. There are some continuing issues with the transition from MOS to the new Cloud MOS system. I have discovered that the mandatory patchlist documents (MOS Document 1669527.1 - Oracle EBS US and Canadian Payroll - 12.2.x Mandatory Patches) did not migrate from MOS so am working on getting this rectified ASAP.
When the YE Phase 2 / Year Begin patches are released early next week, in the customer community announcement I will be providing the new "KB" article links in the new system for documents you typically use during Year End (i.e. the ones normally included in the YE patch announcements).
We just ask for everyone's patience as we work through and clean up these migration issues.

Mandala - For tools upgrade peopelsoft cannot categorize tools vs application table so to synch the tables and views it creates the sql script irrespective of tables. In your case if there is inconsistency between app designer and db then it should shown in DDDAUDIT. before performing tools upgrade it is highly recommend to clean up DDDAUDIT which we ideally skip.
In your case open application designer and build the view once to synch the app designer and database and try the create view steps.

Template Definition: In the Final Evaluation step, ensure for the "Manager" role under “Role Rules,”
the “Employee Comments” box is checked for both "View" and "Edit" (if View/Edit options exist per row).
Section Permissions: Sometimes, section-level security can override overall settings.
Verify in every relevant section/subsection in the template (goals, summary, etc.)
that “Show Employee Comments” is checked for the Manager role.

To add to Bhuvana's comment, if you have the above options enabled, you should check if the employee has shared the comments with teh manager. In Fluid ePerformance, there's the option "Change Visibility".
This option is is available in Checkpoint and Finalize Criteria steps only. The text displayed to the left of the Change Visibility link states the current visibility setting of the document.
Click this link to share or unshare your feedback (ratings and comments) with the employee or manager on the Change Visibility page (modal) that appears.
After the information is shared, click the action button. After that, the system unshares the information by resetting to Only You automatically.

Question. Did you make a change to the template once the document was created. The template is only read at the time the document is created. Therefore a change to the template after the creation of the document will not change the way the document performs.
