You are right. The report was only working for 1099M suppliers. For 1099N, if you switch 2025 Misc Type = 2025N and 2025 NEC Type = 2025M, then it was bringing in correct data for 1099N suppliers.
This has been fixed and PRP was released.

You don't have to update existing withholding Requisitions and Purchase Orders. The only scenario when you have to update open partially vouchered PO is when you are using Withholding Code on the PO. In that case you would update existing Withholding Code with 2025 details or create new Withholding code and associating 2025 Withholding type and Class(es). If you create a new Withholding Code, then you have to make sure any open partially vouchered POs having the old Withholding code is referencing the new Withholding code. Hope this helps.

This type of issue will involve a lot more than what can be done here in the Oracle Communities. There will be tracing and other diagnostics that will need to be gathered in order to determine the possible cause of this.
My suggestion is to go ahead and open an SR with support to address this further as providing traces and other information in the communities can actually show PI/CI which is of course not allowed in the communities.
Please feel free to ask additional questions here but overall troubleshooting should really be done through a Service Request with Support.

Anca, thank you so much for sending the doc. They did have a formula that was pointing to a ledger they stopped using last year which is what caused the issue. They updated the formula and now they see a complete list of values. Thank you so much!

HR_APPRAISALS_API.UPDATE_APPRAISAL can be used to to submit appraisal from employee to main appraiser but this will not trigger the workflow notification.

Hi,
Oracle provides some PL/SQL APIs for managing appraisals, but "submit" is often a workflow state. The typical API used is:
HR_PERFORMANCE_MANAGEMENT_API
However, there is no explicit "submit" procedure. You generally update the appraisal status to “SUBMITTED” and process the workflow.

When you are updating from SRU78 to SRU84 , all the package additions, removals, alterations and bugfixes, that were accumulated in between those SRUs, will be implemented.
Now, e.g. a bug was reported and the fix was provided on SRU81. So, that means, to get the bugfix one has to upgrade to SRU81 and above.

Hi,
The SRU system is designed to be cumulative. When you apply SRU 84, it replaces all earlier patches and includes the changes from SRU 81 and all other SRUs that came before it.

For new Suppliers you will setup 2025M/2025N details. The Screenshot is from demo/PUM environment. The Withholding rule used is sample. You can set your withholding % based on your business needs.
