Thankyou for this. We cleared multiple locked concurrent processes that caused the conflict(deadlock) and then restarted the application and database.

A. Yes, you can connect your on-premises Applications Unlimited installation with OCI services like Oracle AI. You do not need to migrate your application to OCI in order to integrate it with Oracle AI services. But feel free to migrate to OCI and use Oracle AI, too.

Hello
REFER messages are in-dialog messages so they don't follow Local-policy for routing but they are routed based on the established dialog , said this , and based on your requirements , u can apply an in-manipulation on SBC_Customer_Realm to modify Refer-To header , and then a out-manipulation on SBC_Provider_Realm to make additional modifications to REFER before to send it to Provider .
