Re: Absence Management and Time and Labor Fluid Technology
Thanks so much for posting this - I have been trying to tell clients that they need to upgrade to Fluid, and they are reluctant, but thanks to this posting, I can show them what I say is true.
For those who recently I responded in this community, this post can be your support doc to management to get current and get supported by the fine GSC staff. Thanks again my friend, and have a great day.

Re: How to route to next-hop after a Cancel
Jorge
I'm not aware of your environment and your exact requirements but u can consider to parallel fork to both the PBX , it is a new feature to configure in LP starting from version 9.2 . In this case the SBC send INVITE in parallel to both the PBX , then if PBX-1 answers the SBC sends a CANCEL to PBX-2 or viceversa .
I suggest u to check it if interested , it is a parameter in LP but additional configuration have to be done to handle parallel forking .
https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/communications/enterprise-session-border-controller/9.2.0/configuration/parallel-call-forking.html

Re: format time to 24 hour clock
Hi.
I did some more testing.
GetAuditInformation BSFN returns the following:
- 1:30 PM → 1330
- 9:54 AM → 954
Both 1330 and 954 are correct; however the time field is 4 digits long with 2 digits for the hour. So, I added a "0" to the hour to make it 2 digits if necessary.
Re: How to Add "My Work" to the Fluid Workcenter Grouplet Display Order Section for Expenses
The highlighted section from your screenshot for the "My Work" on the fluid expenses workcenter is not showing in our test environment. I also found the "Links" is also not showing. However, in DEMO those sections show up on the fluid expenses workcenter page as well as under Fluid Workcenter Grouplet Display Order section on the Configure Pagelets page.
Navigation: NavBar > Menu > FSCM > Enterprise Components > WorkCenter/Dashboards > Configure Pagelets
I have the configure pagelets page setup with the correct Fluid Workcenter Menu Item and I setup with the fluid system defined links on the My Work tab that are relevant to our organization. I did notice after I populated the fluid workcenter menu item, the "My Approvals" grouplet showed up under the display order. On the Links tab it only has links to classic pages, but I'd like to add links to fluid pages. How can I do that? When I try to add a link on this tab, the structure and content it displays for a menu appears to be for classic.
On the fluid expenses workcenter page, only the My Approvals, Queries, and Reports/Processes grouplet sections display. However, on the Classic expenses workcenter I see the My Work, Links, Queries, and Reports/Processes grouplet sections.
Navigation: NavBar > Menu > FSCM > PeopleTools > Portal > WorkCenters > Manage Workcenter Pages
When I go to the navigation you provided above, the "Expenses Workcenter" listed there has the exact same setup that you showed. I noticed that Menu Item relates to the classic expenses workcenter though and not the fluid expenses workcenter. I didn't see any other listed at that navigation for expenses on demo though. Is there a different navigation with simliar setup for fluid workcenter?
Re: How to Add "My Work" to the Fluid Workcenter Grouplet Display Order Section for Expenses
There is an issue we encountered when applying PUM upgrades in how new workcenters get populated via PUM. We had to create a new ADS set and migrate the delivered workcenter from our DEMO environment into our test environment to get everything working properly.
Hopefully that helps you resolve the missing setup/config issue.

Re: Is JD Edwards able to automatically account for revenue that is associated with a cost rule?
From Oracle Support: thank you for your post User EJ7JI.
Let's address this issue under a Service Request (SR) please - the forum is better for simpler "How To" questions, but an SR allows us to look at customer-specific data, configuration, and to hold a web conference where needed. Please attach a document to your SR showing the relevant configuration and a worked example please.
With regards,
-Matt
Re: How to reduce over completion transaction quantity in Discrete Job
Hi User_7S8Z1 -
As VHK-Oracle stated earlier, it's best to raise an SR to have a Support Engineer to review the WIP job data and provide any datafix required. The SR should be created with product code 572 (Work in process). Thanks.
Re: You must supply an unique id for your Accounting Flexfield ((Null))
Hi Devesh Lohani,
I can't open the file, but one common cause of this is that the file has the segments of the flexfield (companyA, naturalaccountB, costcenterC) but the Transaction Source is set to expect the code combination ID instead of the segments.
If you are sending the code combination id , then try this sql to verify that it exists: select * from gl_code_combinations where code_combination_id = ### (where ### is the code combination id in your file). If it isn't found, then you need to identify the correct combination id to use and update the data in the interface. Retry the import.
If you want to send the segment values instead, then navigate to Setup > Transactions > Sources. In the form, query the source that you are using. Click on the Accounting Information tab. For Accounting Flexfield, change the selection from ID to Segment. Save. Retry the import. Conversely, if your file has the code combination id and this screen is set to Segment, change the screen to select ID.
One additional thing to consider is whether your system is set up to add tax lines? If it is, and you don't have AutoAccounting rules set for Tax, then it could get this error when trying to create the tax. check Setup > Transactions > AutoAccounting It would be useful to review all the rules here and ensure each has settings that work for your business.

J
Re: Customer Master Conversion from source: Mentor ERP
Hello SaurabhSingha1236,
There are interface tables for the customer and for AR transactions. Use sql, or sql*loader or other tools to load the interface table. Then go into the application and run the import program. The import will validate the data and either create the customer/transaction or else provide you with exception messages so you know what to change.
Look into these tables, in a test instance first, of course: RA_customers_interface_all followed by going into the AR responsibility to Interfaces > Customer and run the import. Populate RA_interface_lines, RA_interface_distributions_all, RA_Interface_salescredits_all for the open transactions, followed by Interfaces > AutoInvoice or running Autoinvoice Master Program. If you have a very high volume of open transactions, you can increase the number of instances parameter so it will divvy up the transactions between multiple concurrent requests
Re: Finish goods put to default subinventory FG-SHIP, how to setup the put away rule?
Hi,
The put away rule can be set:
Object = Item , Parameter = Item Type, Operator = "=", Object = Constant character, Parameters = Finish Goods
Thank you,
Christine
