Re: 19.9 to 19.27
Hi Krisz,
"As far as I know, odabr will be available in the product out of the box starting from 19.28"
That's nice…

Re: How to access any Closed SR on My Oracle support ?
Hi
If you are at the tab "Service Requests" there is a part with a star and a blue small "man". At the right side of it, there is a paper sheet in grey. If you enable it, it will change its color to yellow and then closed SRs will be included.

Re: Is there any existing facility in i-supplier portal to view the attachments?
Hi @User_BUXTE
To get better understanding can you provide answers for the below
- Is there a functionality within oracle which will allow the user to view all the attachments that have been attached either supplier wise, or through any such filter like date wise?
Who is trying to view ? if query is about using isupplier portal - supplier user — he can view the attachments at site level and supplier level — but no filter date wise
If there is no standard functionality which allows the attachments to be viewed, is there any customization which will allow mass viewing of such attachments?
— yes you can build a custom report to fetch from FND_LOBS and FND_ATTACHMENTS
select document_id, creation_date , entity_name , pk1_value from fnd_attached_documents where entity_name='PO_VENDORS' and pk1_value= &Enter_vendor_id;

You can start from here -
Applying the R12.hr_pf.C.Delta.19 Release Update Pack (Doc ID 3072239.1)
And then refer to Section 9- Product Release Notes
Re: How to estimate an impact of HMR on sipd / CPU utilization?
Hi Daureen,
Just as an aside, with our modern platforms the CPU impact of HMR is going to be very small. When we first developed the HMR system we were using a single-threaded platform, and even back then it was a minimal performance impact (so long as you don't use find-replace-all rules!).
These days our systems use much more powerful CPU's with Simultaneous Multi Threading. I've never come across any deployments which have run in to CPU issues in recent years.
All that said, I'm a creature of habit, so I still like to ensure my HMR's are as efficient as possible, but generally these days they don't need to be.

Chris
Re: How to estimate an impact of HMR on sipd / CPU utilization?
Hi Daureen,
I couldn't find any CLI commands like that. (Just the 'test' command to see results.)
In 10.0 there is the new Resource Monitoring, you could monitor SIPD with that. (Probably not what you are looking for exactly though, but I put the link below)

Re: REGEX translation-rules
Hi There,
@Antonio Scilimati - you are right, using uri-phone-number-only in HMR removes the symbols (eg. +, -, brackets) from a number before parsing.
The thing that confuses me here is that the called-header type in the translation-rules evaluates the entire header, not just the number. So I wouldn't have thought it should remove the symbols before parsing.
From the Config Guide:
As Monica suggests, I think it'd be worth opening a Service Request so we can take a closer look at what's happening here.
Regards,
Chris
