Re: Duplicate Insert Error on PSPPFUND Process Due to 1/1/2026 rows in PS_PY_PFF_PGID_CHD
Yes, that is the same error we received. Most likely the STG table is empty because it 'rolls back' once it encounters the duplicate error. Do you have results querying on this table in your testing region?
SELECT * FROM PS_PY_PFF_PGID_CHD
Looks like I had a typo in my original post…PGID, not PGIC.

Downloading oracle patch using wget in new support portal
I see oracle support portal has been upgraded to new look and feel. I used to download patches using wget in old support portal. what is equivalent process in new portal?
Re: What happened to My Oracle Support?
this is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cant find SRS i cannot find JDE knowledge and I had tons of documents that are now gone. where is the Update Center?? who's idea was this??????? probably not someone that uses the site everyday
Re: How do we open documents via Doc ID?
Same issue here, Oracle decided to implement this change at the worst possible time for us. The Brazilian Government has introduced new Fiscal Legal Requirements for 2026, impacting the entire country, and we’ve been dedicating the whole year to comply with these legislation. If I’d known all my favorite Doc IDs would be lost, I’d have downloaded them….Guess I’m the lost one now
Re: How do we open documents via Doc ID?
Searching by the original Document Title sometimes can find the document in the new MOS Portal:
"Critical Patch Update (CPU) Patch Advisor for Oracle Fusion Middleware"
Searching for that found this document (has the newer ka numbering): KA760
If you search for that new ka number you can find it.
Most of the critical documents I need for administering EBS Installation, Upgrades and administration I can't find even when searching for the Original document title. I've opened an SR and forwarded that SR to the Oracle EBS Products Director. I suspect the MOS Portal project team never connected with any of the other Oracle Product teams asking them to test the new MOS portal.
Imagine trying to install an Oracle EBS DB and Application tier from scratch (startCD51), then upgrading from the base R12.2.0 to current R12.2.15, and upgrading the DB tier from baseline 12.1.0.2c to 19.26c with multitenant CDB/PDB. Such requires access to hundreds of MOS documents, most of which can't be found on the new MOS portal, or if those few that are found contain references to other "legacy" DOC IDs. Links which are now dead in the new MOS portal and require manual searching, and hope you can find it.
Or worse, what if it was time for end of year HR Payroll updates, requiring latest EoY-2025 statutory patches which MUST be done before deadline, but you can't find the documentation which references the patches and instructions needed to apply the updates. Fortunately for me, I applied those in Sept 2025 before this new MOS portal.
This is a major issue and I don't see any solution other than reverting back to the good old MOS, which worked great. It may be older tech, but it worked! Then, after they do real testing and fix the new MOS, they release that in another year or so. This is terrible as it is now. The POS Portal.
Re: New My Oracle Support
We have a bunch of Oracle hardware. I used to be able to search assets to see which CSI they were under and if they were currently under maintenance. Would love to know where I go to see this now. My guess that has been eliminated.
Seriously Oracle this rollout has been a disaster. PLEASE do the right thing and bring back the old UI.
Please vote to bring back old MOS
I created an idea requesting the return of the classic My Oracle Support (MOS) experience. The new platform has broken key workflows, and many of the features and depth of information we relied on in the old MOS still haven’t been replaced.
Please take a moment to vote for this idea so we can bring back the old MOS (or at least restore the missing functionality).
