We are doing a HCM 9.0 to 9.2 upgrade MSSQL. Where are the required for update fixes in either imag

We are doing an HCM 9.0 to 9.2 upgrade on MSSQL.  Accordingly, I have installed and configured VB/CA for PEOPLESOFT HCM IMAGE 9.2.005 (All-time Downloads = 109), as well as created a traditional DEMO92 standalone database to update from custom change package containing required for upgrade,  However, upon logging into image PIA and navigating to Update Manager -> Define Change Package, I cannot find any fixes resembling required for upgrade, regardless of what search criteria I use.  Perhaps this image is too new (1/15), for anyone to have encountered my issue/problem??   With regard to using image PEOPLESOFT HCM UPGRADE SOURCE IMAGE 9.2.000, the Lifecycle Tools -> Upgrade Manager is missing.   Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated
