PUM - 9.2 image and Linux license

PeopleSoft started delivering 9.2 images for patches/fixes and it is the only method of Life Cycle management.

My question is about terms for usage of the 9.2 image mainly ablut the Linux OS and Oracle Enterprise Database.
Our company does not have license for Oracle Linux that is pre-packaged in the 9.2 image.
Is the Linux license included as part of PeopleSoft maintenance contract?

Our management is looking for some written announcement and I could not find document.
I opened a non-technical SR, but is not getting anywhere.
I got information about Oracle Virtualization Products and PeopleSoft module prices.

Does a pre-release document for Update Manager exist?
