FV BE Approval Workflow Process configuration questions
I have two issues on the FV BE Approval workflow process that I am hoping can be addressed in this forum.
1. The Oracle Federal Financials installation at my project site has the BE workflow enabled. However, when a budget transaction is submitted for approval, the email notification is not delivered, only the the Notification Summary within the Fed Admin responsibillty shows the transaction. Upon approval, the email notification is delivered with notice of the approval. I want to include the request for approval function as an email notification to the approver. What/How do I update the workflow to distribute emails when a budget transaction has been submitted for approval?
