PUM image on hrms 9.2

Hi,
We did installed brand new HRMS9.2 Initial release when we start the implementation in 2013. Now we are trying to apply patches through PUM image up to date. So far we did the following steps,
1. installed virtual box.
2. Downloaded and imported HCM image6.
3. Configured PeopleSoft Client.
4. Installed and Configured change assistant.
5. Created the custom change package(imgu06) based on installed products through upgrade manager.
6. Now we are in the process of applying Custom change package(imgu06) into my target environment DEV.
My question is, Can I apply same custom change package(imgu06) into my Test, UAT and PROD using change assistant.. or do I need to create new change package for every each environment individually.
