To retain the navigation tree, when clicked on the "Return to contract template" link.

I'm working on a requirement from business, where it is needed that,

whenever we click on Return to Contract Template from the clause window, it should retain the navigation tree structure which was present, just before navigating to the clause.

In other words, whichever menu was expanded should remain expanded when the link is used to navigate back or when the page is reloaded, the same functionality as back button of the browser window.
