More than 45,000 accreditations have been completed by our combined community of customers, partners, and employees! That is really a cause for celebration. What does accreditation offer to you?

• Increase your expertise with core support tools and leverage best practices to work in combination to drive results – We've stated this idea many times, but what does it actually mean to you? The primary goal here is about helping users take core concepts already known (such as using the portal functions) and expand that expertise with recommendations for how and when to use available options. We also want to help level-set your knowledge across portal functions or across product-based support tools.
