AWE - Forms and Approval Email Notification for One Form ID Upon Final Approval

The delivered On Final Approval event for the EOFM Process ID appears to send a single email to the Requester once the Form is fully approved. This is across all possible active Form ID's. We have a specific Form ID that upon final approval, we want an email notification to be sent to additional interested parties (identified by Role or OPRID, potentially) so they are aware the form's process is complete. This is just for this one Form ID. We have multiple Forms for various uses, so whatever change we make for the Transaction Configurations needs to only impact this one Form instance,
