How to Migrate Logo Image from Company Info

I have created a custom banner using the CompanyInfo Element in:

PeopleTools > Portal > Branding > Define Headers and Footers.

Within this banner I have added a company logo image. When I migrate to another environment, how do I migrate this logo image?

I have a DMS script that is migrating the custom header object and all of the configurations, but each time I migrate I find that I have to manually go in and add the logo. Has anyone been able to migrate this?
