I want to use Integrated SOA Gateway to update Payment Acknowledgment

I want to use Integrated SOA Gateway to update Payment Acknowledgment using standard API available with name iby_import_pmt_ack_data_pub.Create_Acknowlegment which updates iby_ack_pmt_all table. Any documentation for such inbound interfaces how we can do it.
