Upgrading 9.1 to 9.2 and tools 8.55 to 8.58

I am upgrading from FSCM 9.1 to FSCM 9.2 from tools 8.55.25 to 8.58.09 on my database called FIN92CNV

I created two packages from Image 39 for FSCM, the required for upgrade and upgrade fin91 to 92 upgrade package. I applied the required for upgrade to the upgrade source database EP92UPG6.

I downloaded upgrade 8.58 change package template and applied it to FIN92CNV

Now i am running the Application fixes required for Tools upgrade change packages. I created three different ones. I created one for 8.56, one for 8.57, and one for 8.58.

The first 2 applied without issue, but the third for 8.58 has tons of errors with records missing, etc. Did i miss a step or do too many?
