Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I recently completed upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2 using required for upgrade from image 39.

I want to now apply image 39.

I have only done initial pass, Do i apply it now after initial pass or do i have to wait until MTP pass

I know i need to create the package but not sure if I apply after MTP or after Initial pass,
