Express Payments not showing Invoices
We are attempting to process online payments via the Express Payment option in PeopleSoft. Invoices have already been generated in PeopleSoft and we can view them. However, when we going into Main Menu -> Accounts Receivable -> Payments -> Online Payments -> Express Deposit and fill out all data. Under the reference section to select the invoices to pay the ones in question are now showing to be available.
Any idea why this issue would be occurring?
